Jim and Lisa McTighe are living the passion of their hearts.
Over 15 years ago Jim and Lisa went on their first mission trip to Mexico and God started a work in them that is growing every day. Having served in their church in various areas of ministry, Jim and Lisa are committed to serving the Lord with all their heart and loving people right where they are.
They have supported other ministries through the years like World Vision, Faith Mission International and Samaritans Purse and have also served on mission teams with their home church to Nicaragua, Trinidad and Mexico, as well as various inner city outreaches in the U.S.
Though both Jim and Lisa have enjoyed successful careers, Jim in advertising and Lisa as a television host and speaker, they feel a call on their lives to leave that behind and focus full time on their desire to help the hurting and lead people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Jim and Lisa have four children with the youngest one still living at home with them in Mexico. “God has given us a desire to help those who are suffering from the pain of poverty and hopelessness and to share the love of Jesus with them in such a practical way that their hearts are opened to accept Him as their Lord and Savior.”
“All we know is that for now God has called us to serve Him by loving the people of Mexico. We have been blessed with many opportunities to share the gospel and to help meet the needs of people who have felt for generations like no body cares.” Servants International Inc. became a non-profit organization August 2006. Servants International Board of Directors 8 Ken and Debbie Stovesand Ken
and Debbie Stovesand have been a part of Grace Covenant
Church in Cornelius, NC since 1991 and have a heart for
missions. God has placed several people in their lives
through the years who have answered the call to the mission
field. Ken and Debbie have been blessed to provide
prayer and financial support to them as God has led. Recently, their lives were touched as Jim and Lisa shared
their vision that has become Servants International.
They have partnered with Jim and Lisa in anticipation
that God will continue to work through them to accomplish
His purposes.

Corporatiom as a sales consultant. Kim is a fitness trainer at the Lake
Norman YMCA. They have a passion for telling others about the amazing
love of Christ and have always supported all the McTighes do as they share in their
love for evangelism.
8 John and Nita Youngblood John
and Nita Youngblood have been a part of Grace Covenant Church
in Cornelius, NC since 2000 where together, Lisa and Nita
had been involved in several areas of ministry as well as
Grace School of Ministry where Lisa became licensed as a
Four Square Minister. On December 22, of 2004, Jim and Lisa had their house destroyed
by fire. It was then that plans were made for the McTighes
to move into extra area of the Youngblood home. From then
on, a relationship of love and vision was forged with the
two families. Most importantly, a vision with a call for the mission field
in Mexico was birthed and began to take form. One step at
a time, the Lord mapped out the plan and provision for the
McTighes to explore the vision for mission in San Luis Potosi,
Mexico at the end of 2005. The Youngbloods were blessed to be on the side lines watching
how the Potter was shaping His vessels for ministry. Now,
in 2006, with a love synchronized by the leading of the Holy
Spirit, the McTighes have received a full-time call for ministry
in San Luis Potosi under Servants International where John
serves as the Treasurer of the Ministry and Nita a board
member.
8 Marty and Sherri Rhyne Marty
and Sherri Rhyne have been married for 15 years and have three
daughters, Madalyn, Hannah, & Mary Beth. They are members of Grace
Covenant Church in Cornelius, NC, where they serve as elders and are
active in both music and women’s ministries. Marty and Sherri are the
owners of Flagship, Inc., which specializes in the sale of buses
throughout the country. They reside in Denver, NC and have known Jim
and Lisa for about 6 years. In October of 2006 the Rhyne
family visited San Luis Potosi. While there they joined in the everyday
life of the McTighe family including ministering at Guadalupe Victoria.
They have seen firsthand the spiritual need in Mexico and are excited
about the McTighe’s vision for reaching the lost.
8 John and Julie Smith
John and Julie Smith have been married for almost 17 years. Their journey
together has been shadowed by God's faithfulness. He blessed them with
two beautiful girls who teach them daily the miracle of His creativity.
John works for a manufacturing company and Julie is a designer, interior
as well as exterior. Her work has evaporated in the past year, but
again, God has proved His consistent provision in their lives. They have found that ou cannot
out-give God. It is such a blessing to them to be able to partner with what God
is doing through Servants International. They feel privileged to be able
to sow seeds into this ministry that is changing lives for the Glory of
God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
